Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle your data when you sign up for the free mini pack and our emails.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send you the free mini pack and, as you agreed, occasional emails with Instagram tips for skin professionals, new template packs and offers. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Our email provider also stores the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation click (double opt-in) as proof of consent (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
Our emails may record whether they were opened and which links were clicked, so we can see which tips are useful. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes your data for us
Email delivery and sign-up form: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, trading as Brevo, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France), acting as our processor under its data processing agreement. Brevo stores and processes contact data on servers in the EU (France, Germany and Belgium). Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect this page; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address and the proof of consent and unsubscription for as long as needed to respect your choice and to show we did, and no longer than 24 months.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The sign-up form sends your details directly to Brevo when you press the button; no Brevo script is loaded on this page.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and get a copy of your data (portability). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected]; this does not affect earlier processing. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Age
The mini pack is meant for beauty professionals. Please do not sign up if you are under 16.
